These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of PÖ&ME - Beverlux items on the site by: 

PÖ&ME - Beverlux, a limited liability company with a capital of 45735 euros, located in Paris 75003 - 19, rue des Gravilliers, registered in the Trade and Companies Register under number 380 827 865 PARIS. Intra-community VAT number: FR 50380827865.

The present conditions aim to define the terms and conditions of online sale between PO&ME and the Internet user, from the placement of the order, online payment and the shipping. These terms and conditions regulate the required steps to place the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the contracting parties. The order implies the irrevocable adhesion to the general conditions of sale. These general conditions of sale may be subject to change, the conditions applicable are those in force on at the date of placing the order of the Internet user. The Internet user declares to have the capacity to conclude the present contract, i.e. to have the legal majority and not to be under guardianship.

1.      Purpose

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the conditions under which PÖ&ME - Beverlux sells Products to the Customer. They regulate the various stages of the sale: from the placing of the order by the Customer to the delivery of the Product to the Customer.


2.      Acceptance of the General Conditions

The Customer must read the Terms and Conditions carefully and accept them before proceeding with the payment. The General Terms and Conditions are referenced at the bottom of each page via a link and must be read carefully before proceeding the order.

PÖ&ME - Beverlux advises the Customer to read the Terms and Conditions for each new order, as the latest version of the Terms and Conditions will apply to each new order of Products.

By ticking the "Terms and Conditions" box and proceeding to the next step to place the order and make the payment, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted the General Conditions without limitation or condition.

3.      Products 

The Products offered for sale by PÖ&ME - Beverlux are those listed on the Web Site on the date of the Customer's visit. Each Product will be described in a description sheet which, in addition to the photograph, will contain: price, available sizes and colors, composition, and special features.

Differences between a product and its photograph may exist, depending in particular on the resolution and color definition of the user's screen. The photographs, texts, graphics, information and characteristics, which illustrate and reproduce the products, are not contractual. PÖ&ME - Beverlux shall not be liable for any errors in the photographs, text, graphics, information and features.


4.      Prices

The prices are indicated in euros, all taxes are included, but shipping costs are excluded; it being specified that the value added tax is that in force on the French metropolitan territory on the day of the validation of the order.

The prices are those communicated on the Site and confirmed to the Customer during the validation of the order.

Shipping costs are communicated to the Customer on the order summary before the validation of the order and are expressed inclusive of all taxes. These costs are charged to the Customer and are invoiced in addition to the sale price of the Products.

PÖ&ME - Beverlux reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The Products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time of the order.


5.      Order placement

In order to purchase a Product, the Customer must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity.

Orders will be received and accepted while stocks last.

Customers may also contact PÖ&ME - Beverlux at any time by e-mail at to obtain information on the status of their order.

If, despite PÖ&ME - Beverlux's vigilance, the items ordered are no longer available, PÖ&ME - Beverlux will inform the customer by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible, offering a similar product if necessary or refunding the price by crediting the customer's bank account.

In accordance with the law of March 13, 2000 on electronic signatures, any order form signed by the customer by simply ticking the box "I confirm" constitutes an irrevocable acceptance which can only be challenged in the cases restrictively provided for in these general terms and conditions of sale, such as "right of withdrawal" and "out of stock".

The information provided by the Customer to PÖ&ME - Beverlux at the time of opening a customer account or placing an order must be complete, accurate and up-to-date. PÖ&ME - Beverlux shall not be liable for any errors related to the wrong information provided by the customers and the consequences thereof in terms of delays or delivery errors. In this context, all costs incurred for re-shipment will be charged to the customer.


6.      Payment

The payment of the full price should be effected at the moment the order is placed by the Customer. Payment is made online by credit card.

The request for authorization to debit the card is made at the time of validation of the order on the Site, except in the case of unavailability of servers. PÖ&ME - Beverlux reserves the right to make a new direct debit authorization request if the first request is unsuccessful due to server unavailability.

In the event of non-payment, incorrect address or any other problem with the Customer's account, PÖ&ME - Beverlux reserves the right to block the Customer's order until the problem is resolved.

PÖ&ME - Beverlux retains ownership of the Products delivered until payment is received in full from the Customer.


7.      Shipping and order preparation

The preparation time is not included in the shipping time. Orders are prepared within a maximum of five (5) working days, subject to availability of the items ordered.

The product would be delivered in Metropolitan France, including Corsica and in the countries proposed on the site. You will be shipped to the address indicated at the time of your order.

Shipping costs vary depending on the country of delivery and are automatically calculated when you process the purchase. For orders outside the European Union, It is possible that customs fees occurs and they are at the charge of the customers.

Orders placed on the Site from Monday to Friday before 12 noon will be processed the same day, however the customer should take into account the preparation time of the order within a maximum of five (5) working days; after 12 noon, it will be processed the following day. Any order placed on Friday after 12 noon, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday; it being specified that orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day.

If the shipping time is exceeded and not justified by a case of force majeure, the Customer may request the cancellation of the order and get a refund of the sums paid for the order within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days.


8.      Shipping problems

Any delay in shipping which exceeds eight (8) working days must be reported to the Site's Customer Service as soon as possible, by e-mail to

Any claims submitted beyond thirty (30) calendar days after the date of validation of the order could not be taken into account.


9.      Reception of the order - Claims - Shipping issues

The Customer is required to check the conformity of the Products as soon as the reception of the order. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damaged parcel, deteriorated products, products not in conformity with the order) must be notified within the legal deadlines following the reception of the order.

After this period, and except for hidden production defects, no claim be accepted by PÖ&ME - Beverlux, as the Products would be deemed to be in conformity.

If the package arrives open or damaged, it is mandatory that the customer report the damage to the local post office or shipping company upon receiption to fill the declaration of damage if it’s necessary.

Then delivery anomalies (missing or broken products, damaged package, etc.) must be noted by Customer and communicated to PÖ&ME - Beverlux Customer Service by e-mail to within 2 days following delivery.


10.   Returns:

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not respect our return & exchange policy. In that case, PÖ&ME - Beverlux will send the returned item back to the Customer, without any possibility of return or reimbursement. PÖ&ME - Beverlux claims the right to decide whether the products are in their original form upon reception by customer service. 

Please note that returns are free in metropolitan France and returns from other countries or regions would be charged to the customers.

During all commercial activities (ex: discount, sales promotion, gift offered...), the return of products will be the charge of the customer.

Should the products subject to return constitute a gift, the Customer shall be in charge of the return inquiry and not the gift’s recipient.

Before returning a product, the customer must contact PÖ&ME - Beverlux customer Service who will provide prepaid return label (if the returns are in metropolitan France, purchase not happened during the commercial activities, i.e.: discount, sales promotion) and return form. The customer should fill the return form and send it back to PÖ&ME – Beverlux with the items. The prepaid return label will be sent by email and will need to be printed by the customer and securely attached to the box before shipment.

PÖ&ME - Beverlux shall not be held liable for delivery issues occurring during the reshipment (loss, theft, overly long delivery time, damaged package etc.)

The items must be returned under following conditions:

-         In their original packaging, with purchase invoices, and return form

-         In their original condition (they must not have been used, nor have suffered any deterioration,  and be in a state of perfect cleanliness)

-         The gifts offered for the purchase should also be returned in their original packaging and condition.


11.   Exchanges

Exchanges are processed initially as a return. You should return the items you don't want to keep (see Product Return policies) and place new orders.


12.   Returns of Defective or Damaged Products

For any return of non-conforming products (only for unused products), the customer must respect the following procedure:

2.      The Customer will receive prepaid return label by e-mail. This label will need to be printed by the customer and securely attached to the box before shipment.

3.      The Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and their possible accessories in a perfect state (it should not be worn nor have any trace of use). The customer must enclose the invoice with the package. No returns will be accepted without the invoice.

Once the non-conformity has been validated, PÖ&ME - Beverlux will propose to the Customer either the replacement of the Product(s) or a refund.

In the event of a refund, PÖ&ME - Beverlux will provide a full refund for the products returned. The refund will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date of confirmation of the refund.

In the event of abnormal or abusive claims, PÖ&ME - Beverlux may refuse to service a subsequent order.


13.   Right of withdrawal

The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of order reception to return the items, without justification or penalty. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, the costs of returns are offered in metropolitan France and returns from other countries and regions would be charged to the customers.

Should the products subject to return constitute a gift, the Customer shall be in charge of the return inquiry and not the gift’s recipient.

2- Once have the return confirmation from the Customer Service, the customer need to print out the return form which is sent by Customer Service by email, and send it back to PÖ&ME – Beverlux with the items.

3- The customer must enclose the invoice and the return form within the parcel. No return will be accepted without purchase invoice and the return form.

4- If the return is confirmed by the Customer Service, the customer will receive a prepaid return label, and it would need to be printed by the customer and securely attached to the box before shipment.

Subject to the above conditions, PÖ&ME - Beverlux will refund the customer for the total amount of the order (price of the product), excluding delivery and return costs. The Customer's bank account will be credited with the full amount within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Products by Beverlux.


14.   Repairs

Nota bene

PÖ&ME - Beverlux's after-sales service can only be applied in the context of orders placed on the Site.


Framework of the After-Sales Service

The products listed on the Site are guaranteed for six (6) months from the date of purchase.

The repair requests are processed within the limits of the SAV's competences, i.e.:

- Loss or damage of metallic parts (carabineers, rings, rivets, ect)

- Zip defect

PÖ&ME - Beverlux cannot be responsible for problems related to the evolution or deterioration of the leather (discoloration, color transfer, stains, etc.) and will not be able to undertake any repair of the leather.

Requests for repairs made after six (6) months will be reviewed by After-Sales Service and would be invoiced according to the degree of repair required, after agreement between the two parties.

Procedure for the repairs

1- The customer should contact the after-sales service by e-mail to, with details of the contact information, order number, as well as the problem encountered, with photographs if needed.

2- The after-sales service will review the request, and if this request is aligned with the above-mentioned conditions, the request would be approved and the customer would be notified for the next step of the process.

3- Once the request is validated by the after-sales service, the customer will receive a return form by e-mail, and this form should be printed and filled by customer then send back to PÖ&ME - Beverlux with the items to be repaired.

PÖ&ME - Beverlux reserves the right to refuse to carry out repairs which are not within the scope of the above-mentioned conditions. Or if the damage has only been subject to improper use or maintenance of the products, or damages comes from ordinary use of items.

If the request is made within the warranty period, the After Sales Service will, if possible, repair the defective product at no charge and return it to the customer within fifteen (15) business days from the date of reception of the product. Once the item has been repaired, it will be sent to the customer at PÖ&ME - Beverlux expense.


15.   Personal Information

PÖ&ME - BEVERLUX undertakes not to disclose to third party the information communicated by the Customer on the Site. This information is confidential. It will only be used within the company to process the order and to reinforce and personalize the communication, in particular through newsletters/emails, as well as to personalize the Site according to the preferences of the users.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the Customers have the right to access, rectify, modify and delete data concerning themselves.

16.   Limitation of liability

The order placement on the Site implies the knowledge and the acceptance of the procedures in force on the Internet network in particular as regards the technical performances, the response times, of connection, the interrogations or transfers of information, the risks of interruption, the risks of contamination by virus circulating on the network and generally all the risks related to the use of the Internet network.

PÖ&ME - BEVERLUX cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from misuse or incident related to the use of the computer, access to the Internet, maintenance or malfunctioning of the servers, telephone line or any other technical connection.

The connection of the customer to the website is under his or her entire responsibility.


17.   Responsibility and applicable law

The company PÖ&ME - BEVERLUX cannot be held responsible for any kind damages, whether material or immaterial or physical damage, which could result from a malfunction or misuse of the products sold. It is the same for the eventual modifications of the products coming from the suppliers.

The responsibility of the company PÖ&ME - BEVERLUX will be, in any case, limited to the amount of the order and could not be called into question for simple errors or omissions which could have remained in spite of all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products.

The company PÖ&ME - BEVERLUX cannot be held responsible, towards a customer or a third party, for any indirect damage, loss of operations, profit or turnover, occurring in any way, even if this damage, loss or prejudice was predictable by the company PÖ&ME - BEVERLUX, or if its occurrence had been brought to its attention.

Without limiting the above paragraphs, the liability of PÖ&ME - BEVERLUX under these terms and conditions shall not exceed the amount equal to the sums paid or payable in respect of the transaction which gives rise to such liability, regardless of the cause or form of action involved.

If any of the clauses of this General Terms and Conditions of Sale are declared void, illegal or unenforceable by the court decision, the other clauses of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall remain in force.

The General Conditions of Sale are executed and interpreted in accordance with French law.

In case of a dispute, the Customer addressed in priority to PÖ&ME - BEVERLUX to obtain an amicable resolution and in the absence of agreement, the French Courts of common law will be only qualified.
