1. Preparation
Any order recorded on the Site from Monday to Friday before 12 noon will be processed the same day, but the customer must take into account the order preparation time within a maximum period of five (5) business days; after 12 noon it will be processed the following day.
Any order placed on Friday after 12 noon, on Saturday, and on Sunday will be processed the following Monday; it is specified that orders placed on a public holiday will be processed the next business day.

- Delivery in 2 to 4 days via Chronopost :

- 20€ for any order less than 249€ of purchase
- 5€ for any order from 250€ of purchase
- Delivery in 3 to 7 days via Chronopost :
- Countries: Bulgaria, Great Britain, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Liechtenstein, Switzerland
- 25€ for any order less than 249€ of purchase
- 10€ for any order from 250€ of purchase
2.3 World
- Delivery in 5 to 10 days via Colissimo :
- Countries: Iceland, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Malta, Norway, Turkey, Spanish Territory (Canary Islands, Tenerife… )
- For any order: 35€
- Countries: Australia, Canada, China, South Korea, United States, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Japan, Russia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam
- For any order: 55€
- Any other Countries: Rest of the countries of Africa, Asia, America, Middle East, and Oceania
- For any order: 65€
3. Return
Before returning your order please make sure that: You are within your withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. The products are intact, complete, labeled, equipped with their cover and have not been worn or damaged. Returns are free in Metropolitan France only for all orders outside Metropolitan France, the return costs are at the exclusive charge of the Client.
*IMPORTANT : During all promotional activities and only for orders within metropolitan France, product returns are charged at 5€, which must be paid after the return request is made. Outside of France, return fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

2 - I indicate the reason for my return
3.2 I WAIT FOR THE RETURN REQUEST CONFIRMATION
1 - I receive the return request confirmation by email
2 - I fill out and print the return form
3.3 I REPACKAGE THE PRODUCTS AND SEND BACK MY PACKAGE
1 - I ensure that the products are returned in their original packaging with their label and any accessories labeled and provided with their cotton cover
2 - The products can be returned in their original package
3 - I do not forget to include the invoice and the completed return form. No return will be accepted without said invoice and return form.
4 - I stamp the package, drop it off at the post office (in colissimo with signature upon delivery) and return it to the following address: Service Livraison PÖ&ME Paris – Boutique Sophia Delli - 153 rue du Temple 75003.
Paris PÖ&ME recommends that the client return his products with tracking equipped with a recommendation or additional insurance guaranteeing, if necessary, the compensation of the products up to their real market value in case of spoliation or loss of this merchandise. The risks and costs of return are at the exclusive charge of the Client.
4.Refund
Your refund is made on the payment method used at the time of purchase (credit card). PÖ&ME will refund the total amount of the order to the Client (product price) excluding shipping costs and return costs.
It will occur within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the package.
