Delivery and return

1. Preparation

Any order placed on the Site from Monday to Friday before 12 noon will be processed the same day, but the customer must take into account the time taken to prepare the order within a maximum period of five (5) working days; after 12 noon, it will be processed the following day.

Any order placed on Friday after 12 noon, on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday; it being specified that orders placed on a public holiday will be processed the following working day.

3. Return

Before returning your order to us, please ensure that:


You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received your package. The products must be intact, complete, labeled, and have their packaging, and have not been worn or damaged. Returns are free in mainland France only; for all orders outside mainland France, return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.


*IMPORTANT: During all sales activities and only for orders in mainland France, product returns are charged €5, which must be paid after the return request. Outside of France, return costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

3.1 I log in to my account on WWW.POEMEPARIS.FR

• I send an email to customer service: serviceclient@poemeparis.fr


• I indicate the reason for my return

3.2 I await confirmation of return request

• I receive confirmation of the return request by email


• I complete and print the return form

3.3 I repackage the products and return my package

• I ensure that the products are returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories, labeled and provided with their cotton cover


• Products can be returned in their original packaging


• I do not forget to include the invoice and the completed return form. No return will be accepted without the said invoice and the return form.


• I pay the postage for the package, drop it off at the post office (Colissimo, delivery against signature) and return it to the following address:

• PÖ&ME recommends that the customer return their products with tracking, with a recommendation or additional insurance guaranteeing, where applicable, compensation for the products up to their actual market value in the event of theft or loss of these goods. The risks and costs of return are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

4. Reimbursement

Your refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase (credit card). PÖ&ME will refund the Customer the amount including tax of the order (product price) excluding delivery costs and return costs. This will take place no later than 30 days after receipt of the package.
